Every maker has a beginning. Here’s mine.
Hello, I’m Anna — the maker behind Brigid Collective. Crochet found me in the middle of a busy life, and it quickly became my pause button — a way to slow down, create, and reconnect.
Brigid Collective is about learning and connecting with others who find joy in making. I have completed my crochet teaching accreditation and currently taking part in a six-month design mentorship with Shelley Husband, where I’m learning to bring crochet designs from idea to published pattern.
When I’m not crocheting, you’ll find me walking, being Mum, or working in health informatics — always looking for patterns and colours that link my practical world to my creative one, and eager to help others learn crochet.
